/ Standard Check-in at 15:00 h. / Check-out before 11:00 h.
/ Additional costs for in-or outcheck after 20.00 h: 25 euro; between 22:00 – 8:00 h: 35 euro

/ Use of linen and towels included, only for use within the apartment. Bring own pool- and beach towels

/ The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons indicated on the reservation form.
/ The swimmingpool may be used between 9.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. You are requested to use the showers before using the swimmingpool. You are not allowed to leave any food, glass or other litter at the pool area.
/ The apartment is situated in a resident’s flat. The neighbourhood’s rest and respect is therefore very important. Parties, loud music or disturbance are strictly forbidden. If neighbours complain and/or police are called, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit.
/ The owner of the apartment shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.
/ In case of any infringement of the afore mentioned obligations, we will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
